More than two dozen schools are now officially registered to participate in the single largest college bass fishing event ever to be held - The College Smash-Mouth Bass Championship on ESPNU. And more schools are inquiring every day.
Students from defending Smash-Mouth Champion Stephen F. Austin University are going to have their work cut out as competition stiffens and student anglers prepare through qualifying events this spring and summer. Each participating school will hold two sanctioned tournaments to determine the anglers that will represent their college or university later this fall at the Smash-Mouth Championship. Qualifying events and results will be updated regularly right here.
