Proudly wearing the VT logo

Saturday has been full of introductions, from BASS affiliates to the everday fisherman. We have had the opportunity to walk around all morning visiting and spreading the word of our new bass team.

The greatest pride we have taken with us throughout the day is being able to wear the VT logo on the front of our shirts. It is amazing to see how many people out there are who are interested in hearing more about the team and what progress we have made.

One lady walking by saw our shirts and immediately came up to us saying that she had seen and read our blog on ESPN.com and offered a high five for support.

As the three of us walk along together you can always see the eyes on people's faces staring at the shirts that read "VT Bass Fishing Team" and occasionally get a response of support for the Hokie nation.

Walking in Parkway Marina you can find Ward Burton's NASCAR with the VT logo on the side and numerous hokie fans. It is great to be at a place where people not only share the love of bass fishing but are united with Hokie pride.
