SAN ANTONIO, TX (September 27, 2024) – The Association of Collegiate Anglers recently contested its first no-entry-fee, nationally televised, double points event of its historic 20th season.  Close to 600 anglers competed at Kentucky Lake in the Bass Pro Shops Big Bass Bash presented by Berkley for more than $40,000 in prizes and contingencies.  One of those contingency programs that was available to qualified anglers was the G2 Gemini Jerseys Tournament Contingency.

Brant Rowland earned the G2 Gemini Jerseys Contingency bonus.  The Drury University angler finished in 3rd place overall to receive a $100 G2 Gemini Jerseys gift certificate.  Rowland weighed in a Kentucky Lake bass tipping the scales at 6.67 pounds.  He weighed in that fish during the final session of the event, Day 2 Session 3 presented by Berkley.  The fish was caught using a jig paired with a 4” Berkley PowerBait Chigger Craw.

The G2 Gemini Jerseys Contingency is available at all ACA events during 2024.  The highest finishing angler/team, where one or both anglers are wearing a G2 Gemini Jersey, at each ACA event will receive a G2 Gemini Jerseys gift card.  In the case when the highest-finishing G2 Gemini Jersey wearer is a two-angler team, each angler wearing a G2 Gemini Jersey will receive a $100 Gemini gift card, for a total payout of up to $200.  If the highest-placing finisher wearing a G2 Gemini Jersey is an individual angler, that angler will receive a $100 gift card.
