The 13 Fishing Scholar Angler Award will be a partnership between 13 Fishing and the Association of Collegiate Anglers designed to reward student anglers for the impact they make on and off the water. As student anglers, college fishermen and women put in a lot of hard work on the water and in the classroom, as well as amongst the community.  The ACA and 13 Fishing would like to acknowledge and recognize anglers throughout the school year for their efforts.

Anglers can apply or be nominated by coaches, peers, amongst others by filling out the form below. Throughout the 2023-24 school year, nominees will be selected based upon the criteria listed below.  Anglers who are chosen to receive the 13 Fishing Scholar Angler Award will receive a 13 Fishing prize pack. At the year-end Collegiate Bass Fishing Championship presented by Bass Pro Shops, a 13 Fishing Scholar Angler of the Year will be announced during the Angler & Sponsor Banquet on Wednesday evening of Championship Week.

To be considered for the award, the angler must be a full-time student at their respective school and an active member in their school’s recognized bass fishing club/team.
